Our company operates and provides services in the city of Kiev. We also have the opportunity to provide some services in the field of migration law to clients from other cities of Ukraine and the world.
Possible forms of payment: cash and non-cash payment. The form of payment is set by agreement and specified in the contract for the provision of legal services.
The cost of the Law Firm’s services includes: legal advice on a specific issue and full support of the process in all necessary instances until the desired result is obtained.
Before the start of the service, all issues related to the procedure for providing legal services (price and term) are agreed with the Client.
There are cases when the Client is interested in speeding up the terms of the service for a certain reason (expiration of the stay on the territory of Ukraine, expiration of the temporary residence permit, the term of the employment permit, etc.). In such cases, the possibility of providing the service with acceleration is discussed with the Client.
We provide services to all foreigners. The company’s employees speak English, which allows a good understanding of each person’s problem.
Some procedures require the Client to be present when submitting / receiving documents in migration services. For example, when submitting and receiving documents for a temporary residence permit to the migration authority, the presence of the Client to sign the documents is required.
Thus, some procedures require the presence of a person in certain instances, regardless of the power of attorney.
